5 ways to Cultivate Compassion

To read this month’s Love in Action Newsletter, click here

Compassion is often misunderstood as a sign of weakness, but in reality, it is a remarkable strength. I have dedicated years to cultivating self-compassion and self-love, and I can confidently say that it has profoundly transformed my life for the better. Most importantly, it has opened my heart to extend compassion towards others. This empathy has allowed me to forge incredible friendships and experience the pure joy of spreading kindness.

I’d like to share some tips on what has worked for me to cultivate compassion:

1. Start by practicing self-compassion
This practice serves as the cornerstone for cultivating compassion towards others in the future. It is a well-known fact that we cannot offer what we do not possess. Just like a dried orange cannot produce juice, if we lack the ability to be compassionate towards ourselves, we won’t be able to extend it to others. The key to learning self-compassion lies in embracing positive language, thoughts, and actions towards ourselves. By letting go of self-criticism and honoring ourselves as children of God, I discovered the true essence of compassion.

2. Speak with kindness
The power of our words can have a profound negative impact on someone’s life. That’s why it’s crucial to make a conscious effort to treat everyone with respect. By doing so, we not only bring peace and happiness to others, but also to ourselves.

3. Listen carefully and without judgment
Listening is a valuable skill that enables us to maintain a state of neutrality and unwavering focus. By actively listening, we convey respect and acknowledgement to the person sharing their thoughts, which in turn empowers them to discover their own solutions. It is not necessary for us to have all the answers or recommendations; simply offering a receptive ear can make a significant difference. Moreover, any ideas we contribute will stem from our intuitive understanding, as we remain open and attuned to our inner guidance.

4. Focus on people’s strengths
Each individual possesses unique and admirable qualities that we can shine a light on. By doing so, we empower them to recognize their own worth and shift their perspective to see the positive aspects within themselves. Furthermore, they will sense our genuine desire to assist them in overcoming challenges and assure them that there is always a viable solution available.

5. Accept people for who they are
By embracing self-acceptance, you unlock the power to embrace others just as they are. A critical mindset often leads us to disapproval of others because deep down, we harbor insecurities and doubts about our own worth. As we cultivate inner security, we gain the ability to wholeheartedly embrace people for who they truly are.

I invite you to consider these 5 tips and strive to cultivate compassion even at a deeper level. Just imagine how we individually can impact the world as we bring more of this quality into our daily interactions.

What is in Your Garden?

To read this month’s Love in Action Newsletter, click here

Just as a garden needs our care, our lives are like gardens entrusted to us by our Creator. Take a moment to reflect on what you have planted in your own garden. Are you satisfied with what you see, or do you feel the need to make some changes and plant new flowers? By doing so, your garden will come alive, vibrant, and filled with love and joy.

Give yourself permission to dream. Imagine a garden teeming with vibrant colors, where every flower blooms with its unique beauty. Now, picture your life as that garden, with each aspect representing a different flower. Are you content with the current arrangement, or do you feel the need to introduce new elements to create a more captivating and fulfilling experience?

Just as a gardener tends to their plants, nurturing them with care, you have the power to shape your own life. Take this opportunity to reflect on the choices you have made and envision the possibilities that lie ahead. Are there areas where you can introduce new passions, hobbies, or relationships that will bring more love and joy into your life?

Remember, life is a continuous journey of growth and transformation. Just like a garden, it requires nurturing, attention, and occasional changes to thrive. Embrace the opportunity to cultivate your own garden, sowing the seeds of happiness, fulfillment, and personal growth. With each new flower you plant, your life will blossom into a vibrant tapestry of love and joy.

Take a moment today to assess your garden and consider the changes you can make to create a more beautiful and fulfilling life. By tending to your garden with love and care, you will witness it flourish and radiate with positive energy.

Have you ever thought about what you would like to remove from your garden of life? Perhaps fear is a big one that comes to mind. Imagine clearing it out and replacing it with courage. And what about those pesky weeds that resemble resentment? You can uproot them and replace them with forgiveness, allowing your garden to flourish. And let’s not forget about stress. Picture removing it and replacing it with a sense of peace, creating a serene oasis. Do you see the possibilities? We have been given the incredible opportunity to nurture our garden of life with the most exquisite flowers, plants, trees, and greens imaginable. Are we truly making the most of our time here on earth? Are we carefully selecting the finest for our garden? Are we nourishing it with our authentic essence?

Harness the transformative force within you. If you sense the presence of unwanted weeds in your garden, I invite you to embark on a transformative journey right away to eliminate anything that fails to enhance its beauty. Bid farewell to jealousy, anxiety, envy, procrastination, gossip, selfishness, fear, sadness, judgment, anger, and any form of lack or limitation. Instead, replace these unsightly weeds with the blossoming virtues of trust, peace, generosity, responsibility, courage, cooperation, kindness, and prosperity, nourishing them with an abundance of love. With unwavering patience, it won’t be long before you witness a garden that truly reflects your desires, your very own paradise.

In my personal journey, nurturing my inner garden encompasses a range of practices. These include daily prayer and meditation, the conscious effort to replace old habits with new and empowering ones, the release of pent-up emotions, forgiveness processes, the use of positive language, thoughts, and actions, being of service to others, and the commitment to daily maintenance.

I invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery, where you can strive for the creation of your own personal paradise. Imagine a life filled with joy, abundance, and fulfillment. By embracing your true potential and channeling your divine qualities, you can manifest heaven on earth.

By nurturing and nourishing the garden of our lives with the divine qualities bestowed upon us by God, we unlock the astonishing power of transformation. I invite you to strive for the creation of your own personal paradise, so that collectively, we can manifest heaven on earth.

Transform Your Life with these 8 Life-Changing Principles

In my transformative coaching program “12 Steps to Mastery”, one of the weekly assignments that I give my clients, is to read 1 chapter per week and write down a brief summary of the book “You can heal your life” by Louise Hay. Everyone loves this book because it offers very clear and wise advice about all aspects of life. I’d like to take a group of principles that Louse Hay includes at the beginning of her book, and expand according to my understanding. These are statements:
We are each responsible for all of our experiences.
Life is a journey of continuous learning, and as we wholeheartedly embrace this concept, we can seize each lesson with unwavering faith and determination.

Every thought we think is creating our future. The point of power is always in the present moment.
As we wholeheartedly embrace the notion that our thoughts have the power to shape our reality, it is imperative that we stay fully present in the present moment and maintain a keen awareness of what we are manifesting. It is within this realm that our genuine strength resides – in the ability to bring our visions to life and shape our reality.

Everyone suffers from self-hatred and guilt.
There is always a part of our lives that we tend to overlook or dismiss. This serves as an opportunity for transformation. Instead of rejecting ourselves, it is essential to examine the areas that require nurturing and care, and be ready to take necessary steps towards change. Remember, true transformation originates from within.
The bottom line for everyone is, “I’m not good enough.”
I am constantly amazed by this phenomenon, which I have witnessed countless times in my coaching sessions. It’s hard to fathom, but I myself struggled with this very obstacle years ago. This concept is an open invitation for us to devote time to celebrating and recognizing the incredible qualities and skills we possess, as well as the remarkable achievements we have accomplished throughout our lives.

It’s only a thought, and a thought can be changed.
This is a very important reminder that if we have accepted negative thoughts about ourselves, we can always change them and replace them with positive, uplifting thoughts.

We create every so-called illness in our body.
By allowing negative thoughts to occupy our minds, they gradually infiltrate our entire being, causing various issues within our internal cells. This emphasizes the crucial need to remain vigilant and prioritize focusing on positive thoughts.

Resentment, criticism, and guilt are the most damaging patterns.
Engaging in resentment brings no positive outcomes as it only inflicts harm upon our physical well-being, emotional state, and overall life.
Louise Hay says: “Releasing resentment will dissolve even cancer”, and “We must release the past and forgive everyone.”

We must be willing to begin to learn to love ourselves.
This is the most important attitude that we must cultivate: Love and accept ourselves. Our choice in this matter has the power to shape our existence, either leading to a life filled with hardships or a life filled with happiness. When we truly learn to embrace self-love, we unlock the ability to love and accept others unconditionally.
Louise Hay says: “Self-approval and self-acceptance in the now are the keys to positive changes”, and “When we really love ourselves, everything in our life works.”

I encourage you to embrace the opportunity to implement at least one of these principles from Louise Hay. The path to self-love and self-acceptance demands your ongoing dedication until you unite harmoniously with the divine.

Boost Your Self-esteem with These 5 Essential Tips

To read this month’s Love in Action Newsletter, click here

Our early experiences shape our perception of ourselves and lay the groundwork for our future. When treated with love, respect, and dignity, we are given a strong foundation to thrive. Unfortunately, many of us grow up with parents or adults who did not possess a positive self-image, which can hinder our own self-esteem. Constantly hearing negative comments, criticism, or even experiencing verbal or physical abuse can prevent us from developing a strong sense of self from a young age.

If we lack a positive self-image from childhood, it is likely that this will carry into adulthood. I personally experienced this struggle. However, the good news is that we have the power to transform our lives and break free from false perceptions of ourselves. Through the guidance of mentors, coaches, books, and self-development programs, I have dedicated years to shedding any limitations that hindered my true identity as a child of God.

It is ironic that God created us in His image and likeness, yet over time, we have distorted this image by accepting limiting beliefs and falling into a trance-like state where we forget our divine essence. As a human race, it is time for us to take responsibility and rediscover our oneness with God. By recognizing our worth and embracing our divine essence, we can overcome the negative impacts of our past and create a future filled with self-love, empowerment, and fulfillment.

I’d like to share some tips that have helped me develop a healthy self-esteem:

  1. Get expert guidance and support. Connect with a professional coach who can steer you towards success and hold you accountable for your growth. As my mentor Les Brown once said, “When you’re in the picture, you can’t see the frame.” Let someone help you see beyond your own limitations.
  2. Nurture and strengthen your connection with God. The ultimate objective is to fully embrace your identity as a cherished child of God. Through the practice of meditation and prayer, you will gain clarity and receive divine guidance to embrace your true essence, shedding the distorted self-image you once held.
  3. Commit to treating everyone and yourself with respect. Cultivating an attitude of respect towards oneself and others contributes to fostering a healthy self-esteem and nurturing harmonious relationships. Embrace kindness and compassion in your interactions with everyone you encounter. Live by the golden rule each day: “Treat others as you would want to be treated.”
  4. Embrace the power of personal accountability. Too often, we point fingers at others for the circumstances in our lives, failing to recognize that these moments can serve as valuable lessons and opportunities for growth. By approaching each experience with a winning mindset rather than playing the victim, we open ourselves up to the transformative gifts that life has in store for us. Embrace this mindset and watch as life unfolds its wonders before you.
  5. Strive to be the best version of yourself every day. Embrace each new day with enthusiasm and make a conscious decision to make it a victorious one. By putting your attention and effort into becoming your best self, you can make each day a step towards greatness.

I encourage you to embrace the opportunity to implement at least one of the tips I have shared above. The path to self-love and self-acceptance demands your ongoing dedication until you unite harmoniously with the divine.

How to Have a Victorious Mentality

To read this month’s Love in Action Newsletter, click here

Everyone wants to be victorious in every area of their lives. However, sometimes success seems unreachable and we end up getting discouraged, disappointed, blaming others, feeling depressed and even upset. This is when we have to realize that to win in life, we need to have a victory mindset.

To be able to be victorious in life, first you have to be willing to have a positive attitude, expect the best, have faith, focus on your goal, be determined and disciplined. You can embrace each one of these behaviors by being willing and determined to make changes in your life, one day at a time.

For years, I felt like a victim, totally convinced that anything that did not go well in my life was the fault of other people or situations. I had a self-pity mentality, feeling sorry for myself and not willing to do anything about it. I was focusing on blaming others. I really believed that it was the responsibility of others to make me happy. My erroneous mindset brought a lot of suffering into my life. Until one day, when the suffering was unbearable, I finally had the humbleness to seek help. This was the most important decision of my life. I started to understand that I was attracting everything into my life by the way I was thinking. My thinking needed correction and fortunately many programs and mentors helped me (I was now open and receptive) to shift my thinking and I finally understood that the secret to a victorious life was in my mind.

This is how Buddha expressed it: “The mind is everything.” And Ralph Waldo Emerson: “You become what you think about all day long”.

The good news is that with the help of mentors and the steady study of success principles, I was able to transform my life in a very positive way and I have been enjoying the new experiences that I am creating now every day. Also, for years I have been sharing with others throughout my coaching and classes what I have learned and how they can apply truth principles into their own lives. I continuously witness miracles.

To have a victorious mentality, you must be willing to observe yourself and be determined to make changes in the areas that might be creating blocks in your life, like victim mentality, blaming, feeling guilty, procrastinating, criticizing others or yourself. Also, you must be willing to invest in yourself with self-development programs and seek the help of a coach, who can guide you on how to replace these behaviors with self-confidence, focus, determination, a positive attitude, taking responsibility, in summary, a victorious mentality.

Be willing to ask yourself with honesty: What kind of live am I creating with my thoughts right now? And if your thoughts are negative, forgive yourself and right away shift your mind to a victorious mindset. This is how you will be creating a life that you will enjoy.

6 Tips to Simplify Making Decisions

To read this month’s Love in Action Newsletter, click here

The process of making decisions could be simple and easy. However, when important moments that require decisive action come around, it can be difficult to make the right decision without a process to do so.

I recently had to make an important decision and I was not sure on how to proceed. Then in a split second I realized that the power of prayer was available to me and then right there and then, I opened my heart to God and asked Him to help me. I immediately felt at peace in knowing that I could place my faith in God and allow His guidance to give me the answers that I was seeking. I continued to have faith and a couple of days later I received a clear answer and guidance as to how to proceed. Not only I gained clarity with the answer, also, once I took action, it propelled a series of events, all for a final perfect outcome. I thought to myself, only God is able to arrange everything in such a perfect way.

Let’s explore how to make better decisions and how to cultivate the habits that will help simplify the process.

  1. Seek divine guidance: Before you do anything, the little decisions as well as the big ones, put the effort into having an ongoing conversation with God. Pray to God. A prayer from your heart, in your own words, is a wonderful way to open your heart and mind to receive answers, gain clarity and be guided to the proper action.
  1. Remain calm: This step is crucial because you will be allowing for the answers to come to you instead of blocking them with fears or worries.

  2. Consult someone who can help you: seeking the help of a professional can be very helpful because they can point out something that perhaps you may not have considered and guide you in the right direction.
  1. Be Patient: Keep up your faith knowing that the answers will come in God’s time.

  2. Take action: Once you receive your answer be willing to take action. You might ask, how do I know that it is the right answer. One way to know is making sure that you are acting from your heart center.

  3. Use the power of meditation to sharpen your intuition: Every day we’re confronted with difficult situations for which we need to have clarity. Fortunately, there is a way to know, and it is through using our intuition. More than just a “feeling” or a guess, true intuition provides clear insight at the times we need it most.

I invite you to remember that you do not have to travel your journey on earth alone. You have a Higher Power who wants to guide and support you in every area of your life. Open up your heart and mind to Him. Practice feeling His Presence and conversing with Him throughout the day and asking for His advice and guidance. The more you do it, the more it becomes a natural way of living, and most importantly, you will realize that He is interested in even the most minuscule aspect of your life.

5 Ways to Relax Your Mind

To read this month’s Love in Action Newsletter, click here

Taking time to slow down from our daily activities is crucial to our health and well-being. Sometimes the challenge is that we are so used to the constant activity that we tell ourselves that our mind is incapable of resting. At other times, we convince ourselves that we do not have any time to relax and unplug.

There are so many studies that tell us how important it is to take time to allow our minds to rest. When we do it, we are able  to relax, to calm down and to restore our energy. It is an act of self-care to take time to allow our minds to rest. It is as important as eating and resting at night.

I’d like to share a few practices that have helped me to relax my mind and body:

  1. Meditate: Research shows meditation is one of the most effective ways to relax your mind and body. It is important to find a way to develop a daily practice, even if it is just for 10 or 15 minutes.

  2. Practice Measured Breathing: Practicing relaxed breathing is a powerful way to relax you mind. You can use the “Measured Breathing Technique” of inhaling a certain count, holding the same count, and then exhaling for the same count. For example, you can do it for 6 counts, holding your breath for 6 counts and then release it for 6 counts. Or you can do it for more or less counts depending on your lung capacity.

  3. Journal your thoughts: Writing down what you’re thinking and feeling is an excellent way to calm your mind. You can think of putting your thoughts on paper as a mental cleanse.

  4. Exercise: The fastest way to get out of your head is to get into your body, whether going for a run or a walk around the neighborhood. Movement can change the way you feel.

  5. Connect with Nature: There are numerous benefits of spending time and grounding yourself in nature. It has a calming effect in your mind and body. You can take short walks or longer walks as you time allows it. Being in and around nature often makes us think more clearly and feel more relaxed and refreshed.

There are so many other ways to relax your mind like yoga, gardening, praying, listening to music, finding ways to express your creativity and reducing activities that create stress. The secret is to be aware that we do have plenty of powerful tools and make the commitment to use them. I invite you to be willing to give these ideas a chance to transform your life.

5 Ways to Cultivate Inner Peace

To read this month’s Love in Action Newsletter, click here

There are so many moments in our lives that our peace can get disrupted and this is why it is important to have tools or ways that we can use to overcome stressful situations.

Let’s start by remembering that nobody can take our peace away except if we allow it. We tend to think that circumstances or people can rob us of our peace and we end up playing victim instead of taking full responsibility. At every moment of our lives, not matter how stressful, we can take control and respond with calmness, poise and faith instead of reacting with fear, anger, or disharmony. We are in charge of our emotions and we can direct them towards calmness and joy.

Also, we have to keep control of our minds and not allow our thoughts to run wild. In an instant, they can take us into negativity, despondency and out of control. We have to be strong and know that at any moment, we can be firm and choose to be calm. It is from a space of calmness that we can find solutions to our challenges because our mind is clear and our heart is calm.

There are many ways that we can use to cultivate inner peace and here are a few suggestions:

1. Breath. This is the easiest and more powerful tool we have to remain calm. One simple exercise you can do is to inhale and exhale 10 times and feel that as you inhale you bring peace into your being and as you exhale, you let go of anxiety, fear, anger, pain, etc.

2. Set boundaries with friends and family. Generally, it is when we over commit that we run into frustrations and anxiety. A simple practice of saying NO when we know that we cannot commit to something, can save us from stress and disappointment. This is an act of self-love and self-respect.

3. Calm your mind through meditation. This is the best gift that we can give to ourselves, to take time every day to sit down in silence with God, for as short as 15 minutes or longer, if possible. It is in this sacred space that we give some rest to our minds and we are able to relax and really feel that deep inside of us is that peace that surpasses all understanding.

4. Accept what you can’t change. One of the major ways that we create suffering in our lives is by wanting for things to be different than they are. We want to control people, circumstances, etc., not realizing that by doing this we are rejecting the flow of life that is trying to teach us to have patience, understanding, acceptance and faith. When we commit to doing our very best and leaving the rest to God is when everything starts flowing in our life.

5. Use the Power of Prayer. As you pray with devotion, intention, gratitude and faith, your prayers will be answered. God is a God of Love who wants to support and guide us. All we have to do is to open our hearts and minds to receive His Blessings. Pray giving thanks in advance for what you are about to receive. For example. Thank you, God, for the manifestation of my perfect new job. Thank you, God, for my excellent faith and vitality.

This month, I invite you to practice the ideas presented above and be willing to give them a chance to transform your life.

What the World needs right now is LOVE

I enjoy writing about themes that remind and help us to express our true essence: LOVE. I totally believe that what the world needs right now is love. Love is the master cure for any challenging situation that we face in life. Love invites us to respond with kindness instead of reacting with anger. Love invites us to treat everyone with respect and dignity. Love invites us to be generous and help anyone in need. Love is continuously inviting us to express our true nature in our human interactions. The question is: are we allowing love to be the driver in our lives? Or, are we allowing judgement, greed, jealousy, fear, doubt, unforgiveness, blame or any other limiting behavior to obstruct our innate desire to love?

How can we express love to our fellow human beings? We can do it in so many diverse ways and for everyone is different. I’d like to share some ways that have worked for me:

  1. Love. The natural essence of your heart is love and it wants to be expressed freely and openly. A Course in Miracles says that only love is real: “The opposite of love is fear, but what is all-encompassing can have no opposite.”

  2. Kindness. Each act of kindness (however small it may be) expressed with love sends out a ripple that reaches others. Each ripple is a wave of energy, a vibration that when joined with other ripples, together they bring about the changes that we want to see in the world.

  3. Respect. Each human being must be treated with respect. This is a basic principle that is of upmost importance to follow in our human interactions. Even if we disagree with others, we have the responsibility to treat everyone with respect and dignity. Buddhism expresses it this way: “Rudeness or unkindness in speech is a form of violating the other. Sincerity does not imply rudeness or brutality. If there is anger in what we say, what we say loses its value. What prevails there is not the intention to communicate something, but the desire to hurt or destroy the other. Violence does not cease to be violence because it is verbal.”

  4. Compassion. The human race faces many challenges every day. It is only common sense to not add to the load of the suffering of humanity, but instead to try to alleviate it with our attitude of compassion and caring for one another with love.

  5. Acceptance. Letting go of control is the key to accepting others as they are. The challenge is that we constantly want people to behave the way we want. Not only we suffer when we try to control the behaviors of others, but we also cause pain in others. Our responsibility is to control ourselves and in reality, this is all we can do.

  6. Understanding. We don’t know what people have gone through and suffered in their lives. We might not be aware of their past experiences and this is why it is crucial that we have an understanding heart instead of rushing to judge. Remember that what we don’t like about someone else is an invitation to change within ourselves. People are mirrors of what needs to change in ourselves.

  7. Patience. This is the king of all virtues. We have the opportunity every day to exercise this muscle. To be patient with others means to be humble and not to want it our way, but instead to wait for the right time to get the answers or the outcome that we are seeking.

  8. Generosity. Every day we have the opportunity to be generous with our time, talent and treasure. The rewards are the satisfaction to help others and also to enter the flow of the law of cause and effect: as we give we receive.

  9. Service. How wonderful it is to be able to help someone in need through our service. It could be cooking meals and do an errand or visiting the sick. There are so many ways that we can be channels of loving service.

  10. Joy. We can demonstrate love through the expression of joy. For every one of us it is different. We can share our joy by sharing our specific talents and abilities with our brothers and sisters. It could be with a smile, or creative expressions like music, art, dancing, sports and so on.

As we commit to sharing our love with humanity, what we are really doing is being channels of God’s love because God is everything in this list and much more. What we will be doing is bringing the essence of the divine into this world.

I invite you to commit to expressing any of the ideas above, or your own, and share the love of your heart with the world. The satisfaction that comes from being a source of love in all of your interactions far surpasses the effort that you might have to put into doing it. Resolve to becoming the best version of yourself every day.

I invite you to listen to this song:

Lyrics: What the World Needs Now Is Love

1965 song with lyrics by Hal David and music composed by Burt Bacharach

What the world needs now is love, sweet love
It’s the only thing that there’s just too little of
What the world needs now is love, sweet love
No not just for some, but for everyone

Lord, we don’t need another mountain
There are mountains and hillsides enough to climb
There are oceans and rivers enough to cross
Enough to last ’til the end of time

What the world needs now is love, sweet love
It’s the only thing that there’s just too little of
What the world needs now is love, sweet love
No, not just for some, but for everyone

Lord, we don’t need another meadow
There are cornfields and wheat fields enough to grow
There are sunbeams and moonbeams enough to shine

Oh listen, Lord, if you want to know

What the world needs now is love, sweet love

8 Ways to Offer the World Your good Vibes

There are so many ways that we can contribute to the well-being of humanity. We just have to be conscious of our attitude and be willing to offer the world the best in us. As we help others to feel good about themselves, the quality of our lives is going to improve and we will bring more joy into our life.

Remember that when our inner feelings are centered in helping others, everything around us is going to shine. As within so without. What we think deep within ourselves, will get expressed in the life we lead.

I invite you to take each and every day to radiate happiness and positivity not only to your loved ones, but also the entire world. Start passing these positive vibes on to others and you’ll notice a large change in yourself and those around you.

  1. Be a smile millionaire. Paramahansa Yogananda speaks of the inner joy of the soul and how we can live in such a way that our outer lives reflect and radiate all the beautiful and noble qualities that give expression to that. Set up the intention that everywhere you go, you will share your smile to bring joy into the lives of others. Do this with the intention of contributing to the well-being of the world.
  2. Maintain a positive attitude. You are sending a vibration to the world thru your thoughts, words and actions. Make sure that they are “high quality” and will impact positively those around you .
  3. Be kind. Be generous, helpful, and thinking about other people’s feelings. Kindness opens our and other people’s hearts. Be willing to offer random gifts and kind gestures to make others happier and give their morale and mood a boost.
  4. Praise others. Instead of finding fault in others, be willing to focus on their positive qualities. Your attitude will help them to believe in themselves and perhaps change their attitude.
  5. Express your gratitude. Find ways to say “thank you” for the ways people help you during the day or show acts of kindness, or for their generosity with their time, or talent, or money. Gratitude is not only an appropriate reaction to kindness but a way by which you can transform persistent negative thoughts into positive.
  6. Treat everyone with respect. The Golden Rule is the principle of treating others as one wants to be treated.
  7. Forgive and Radiate love everywhere you go. We can become beacons of light and consciously and purposely share our love with others. It has been said that the channel is blessed by what runs through it.
  8. Every day become the best version of yourself. As each one of us sincerely gives our very best every day, then collectively we create a better world. Giving our very best invites us to be a constant expression of kindness, caring, honesty, generosity, forgiveness, joy, compassion and all the qualities that demonstrate the love of our hearts.

Enjoy your journey of offering the world your good vibes!
