It is with heartfelt joy and excitement that I welcome you to the 12 Steps to Mastery Coaching Program. I commend you for your courage, determination, and willingness to walk the path of awakening. You have made a powerful choice, and I am honored to witness and support your transformation.
My invitation to you is to fully commit to this journey by approaching your assignments with consistency, discipline, and dedication. I promise to serve as a clear channel for divine guidance and healing, offering you my very best support along the way. I ask that you meet this commitment with equal diligence, knowing that the results you desire are created through your active participation. It truly works—if you work it.
What is the 12-Step Program
The 12 STEPS TO MASTERY Coaching Program is an in-depth program designed for anyone who wants to truly transform their life. This powerful personal coaching program provides proven methods on how to shift negative conditioning, overcome limiting beliefs or behaviors, and, especially, remove the root programming from childhood.
The 12-step program is an invitation to free yourself from your personal ego and to become one with your true divine essence, which is within you. It is a program designed to shift limiting programming, beliefs, and paradigms into empowering ones. It’s a program for you to overcome any limiting beliefs or behaviors and to truly embrace your Divine Essence. The 12 Steps to Mastery Program offers a new and fresh road to awaken the love, peace, and joy that reside within you.
It does not matter what you need freedom from; the steps to personal empowerment are the same. By applying these steps, with God’s guidance, you are empowered to let go of the past so you can step into your greatness. You are not alone; remember, God will be your guide as you step free of your hurts, habits, and limiting beliefs and embrace your divinity.
General Guidelines:
- Organize yourself. Have a folder where you are going to compile all of your work throughout this program.
- Keep a journal. Create the habit of journaling every day. Write about any feelings that might come up as a result of your sessions and assignments.
- Honor your emotions by facing them and willing to heal.
- Create a special sacred space to do your assignments every day.
- Make the commitment to pray and meditate daily.
- Find a prayer that you can use to support you, inspire you and give you strength throughout the process of the 12-step program. I’m including here some powerful prayers:
- I will go forth in perfect faith in the power of Omnipresent Good to bring me what I need at the time I need it.
- Heavenly Father, I will reason; I will will; I will act; but guide Thou my reason, will, and activity to the right thing that I should do.
- God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
I envision extraordinary transformation as you embark on your journey to self-transformation. I am looking forward to witnessing your miracles in all areas of your life.

- The 12 Steps to Mastery Program has a duration of 16 weeks
- The sessions will be one hour and fifteen minutes in duration and sometimes a little bit longer.
- Every week, we will work on a single step. Step 4 requires more time, and that is why the duration of the program is 16 weeks.
- It is your responsibility to complete your assignments related to each step within one week.
- A 24-hour cancellation notice of appointment must be made.
- If you have to change the day and time of your appointment, you must select another day during the same week to reschedule your appointment. The intention is to keep consistency and accountability.
- It’s your responsibility to be open-minded, coachable and eager to shift any limiting paradigms by the application of the assignments in your daily life. The daily practice of new habits replaces the paradigm permanently.
